With nearly ten years in the industry, she has developed a practical, people-focused approach that simplifies the building journey for clients. Emily excels in guiding families through builder selection, plan reviews, quoting, and contract management, always ensuring clear communication, transparency, and informed decision-making. As one half of the sibling duo behind the business, she champions Nesta’s values of honesty, transparency, and client-focused advocacy, ensuring every family feels supported and confident throughout their building journey.
When she’s not guiding clients through one of their biggest achievements, Emily is enjoying life on the family farm, spending time with her young daughter, and drawing inspiration for functional, family-friendly homes across Queensland.

As Co-Founder of Nesta Builder Brokers, Will brings practical experience, genuine care and strong leadership. Before entering the property and development sector, he served 12.5 years in the Australian Defence Force as a Diesel Mechanic—finishing his time as a Corporal and Section Commander. That experience shaped his approach today: disciplined systems, clear communication, problem-solving under pressure and always backing the people around him. These traits now underpin every build, partnership and client interaction at Nesta. Will is driven by property investment, business growth and making the building process simpler for everyday Queenslanders.
Outside of work, he prioritises family—spending time with his wife and their three-year-old daughter, making memories that matter.

As Head of Growth at Nesta, Dom brings over 12 years of strategic marketing experience and a Master of Business in Integrated Marketing Communications. With a career including award-winning campaigns across APAC, he specialises in consumer psychology, digital strategy and brand building — all centred around one mission: turning complexity into clarity. Dom has driven growth across commercial, education, not-for-profit, health, HR and property sectors. Today, his focus is helping Queenslanders make confident decisions about one of the biggest investments of their lives — building a home. Away from the office, Dom is usually found on the golf course, in the surf, or running along the Brisbane River — often working on that next big idea.
